A child wants to be a painter (화가). The 가 at the end is 家 — house. Why would a person's title have a house in it?

The child thinks 당구 3년 means three years of billiards — so does Dad recite poems now? Mum laughs: not that 당구.

The homework says 가제, and the child plans to draw a lobster while a friend thinks of the crayfish in the stream. Mum says it means a working title.

A hungry child asks for a snack (간식). 間食 — food between meals. That one 'between' character builds some remarkable words.
