🗓️ Appendix to *WAV Speed-Listening: The 30-Day Miracle*
Close the book and one question remains — “what do I do, and how?” Below is the exact 30-day routine Ossam gives his students. It is not grand. Thirty minutes a day, one month. There are only two things to remember: do it every day, and start with Korean.
The “Week 2,” “Week 3” below are only averages. Do not be chased by the numbers — go at the speed of your own ears.
How much the numbers move after a month differs from person to person. But one thing had almost no exception over ten years — the ears of a person who kept at it always changed. Roughly, but every day.
30 days is the starting point for breaking through the ear’s threshold; by 60 days the English ear settles in. After that it is not study but enjoyment — watch US shows and listen to pop songs and English maintains itself. The party starts from there.
Measure → train → re-measure. Record your starting line right now.
