One of the things I really wanted to do in Korea was going to a Jjimjilbang.
한국에 오면 꼭 해보고 싶었던 것 중 하나가 찜질방 가기였어요.
Jjimjilbang is a resting space and a place of communication for Koreans.
찜질방은 한국 사람들의 휴식 공간이자 소통의 장소이기도 하죠.
I have to change into the specific clothes they give at the entrance, right?
입구에서 주는 전용 옷으로 갈아입어야 하는 거죠?
Yes, you can move around freely in common areas wearing those clothes.
네, 남녀 공용 공간에서는 그 옷을 입고 자유롭게 돌아다닐 수 있어요.
I saw how to make the sheep's head towel in a drama; can you teach me?
양머리 수건 만드는 법을 드라마에서 봤는데 가르쳐 주실 수 있나요?
Sure! It's very simple. Fold the towel into thirds and roll up both ends.
그럼요! 아주 간단해요. 수건을 세 번 접어서 양끝을 말면 돼요.

찜질방 안에서 하루 종일 놀아도 지루하지 않겠어요.
There are many large Jjimjilbangs equipped with movie theaters or PC rooms too.
영화관이나 PC방 시설이 갖춰진 대형 찜질방도 많거든요.
It's a perfect place for families or couples to come on a date.
가족들이나 연인들이 데이트하러 오기 딱 좋은 곳이네요.
Inside the bathhouse, there are cold and hot tubs, which are great for recovery.
목욕탕 안에는 냉탕과 온탕이 있어서 피로 회복에 아주 좋아요.
